Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, during weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days (within the contiguous United States)
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Expedited Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Next-Day Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Note: Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as weather, shipping carrier delays, and holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the following factors:
- Shipping method selected at checkout
- Shipping address (including shipping zone and country)
- Order size and weight
Free Shipping Promotion: Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select items or for orders over a certain amount. If free shipping applies to your order, it will be displayed during checkout.
4. International Shipping
Currently, FrostNari HVAC only ships to the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities and will notify customers if and when international shipping becomes available.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@frostnarihvac.net.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment is processed.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost during transit, we will initiate a claim with the carrier and attempt to locate the package. If the package cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to initiate a claim for a replacement or refund.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address, products, or other order details. If you need to cancel or modify your order before it is processed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request before shipment.
